TL;DR

Focus on developing spend dashboards, analyzing financial data, and maintaining efficient operations in a high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment.

Location: Predominantly onsite at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington, with some remote support subject to Contracting Officer approval.

What you will do

  • Administer travel systems and provide travel policy guidance.
  • Review travel vouchers and perform financial database reconciliations.
  • Prepare analytics and compliance reports for program leadership.
  • Develop spend dashboards to support leadership reporting.
  • Provide finance, budget, procurement, contract administration, and audit coordination support.
  • Communicate with stakeholders across the Hanford Field Office support organization and assist during fiscal deadlines.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience with travel and finance systems.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent; finance or administration training is helpful.
  • Experience with travel systems, reconciliations, Excel, and reporting.
  • Accuracy, timeliness, and service orientation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are preferred.
  • Work is predominantly performed onsite at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.

Nice to have

  • DOE or federal government experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
  • Facility or DOE security clearance, where required by the assignment.
