Salary: $126,500–$254,700 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus

What you will do
- Manage multiple concurrent financial accounting and business advisory engagements.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and oversee consulting work plans and client deliverables.
- Lead engagement teams, allocate resources, manage engagement economics, and address client concerns.
- Collaborate with firm specialists on complex accounting matters and prepare technical memoranda.
- Mentor and develop professionals within the Accounting and Finance Consulting practice.
- Support proposals, pitch meetings, go-to-market strategy, and business growth through external relationships.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Accounting or an equivalent degree.
- 7+ years of current or recent experience in public accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting.
- Advanced knowledge of complex accounting concepts and US GAAP, IFRS, and FASB regulations.
- Strong team, project management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build profitable client relationships and direct staff across multiple simultaneous engagements.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year, depending on client needs.
Nice to have
- Experience leading projects in accounting and finance optimization, audit readiness, complex accounting analysis, or new accounting standard implementation.
- CPA or equivalent certification.
