What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable retail spaces in shopping malls.
• Support lease negotiations covering rental structures, commercial terms, incentives, and tenancy conditions.
• Prepare site analyses, leasing proposals, financial justifications, and management approval papers.
• Analyse footfall, demographics, catchment profiles, competitors, rental benchmarks, occupancy costs, and sales potential.
• Manage relationships with landlords and internal Finance, Legal, Operations, and Project stakeholders.
• Coordinate tenancy renewals, rental reviews, variations, documentation, dispute resolution, store openings, and compliance matters.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail leasing or property management, preferably with shopping malls or retail brands.
• Hands-on experience with lease negotiations, tenancy management, and renewals.
• Strong analytical skills for preparing financial justifications and site evaluations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Own transport and willingness to travel outstation when required.
