Salary: CAD 91,900–126,390 per year, based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Provide HR consultation, coaching, and counseling to leaders across core HR disciplines.
• Translate business strategy into talent plans and support a high-performance culture.
• Advise on performance management, development planning, employee relations, compensation, and engagement.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Conduct investigations and ensure consistent application of HR policies and programs.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support strategic HR projects.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to coach and advise leaders on HR programs and people practices.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners and associates.
• Ability to apply HR policies, programs, and processes consistently and in compliance with applicable law.
