Data Annotation Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Review, classify, and annotate datasets according to defined policies and quality standards.
• Support spam, phishing, and mail abuse detection initiatives.
• Work across multiple tools, dashboards, and operational workflows.
• Identify anomalies and edge cases, escalating emerging trends when required.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and SLA targets in a 24x7 operating environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in data annotation, data labeling, or Trust & Safety operations.
• Experience in a 24x7, multi-vendor environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand detailed instructions.
• Comfort working with multiple tools and systems, supported by strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig.
• PDP score of Exceeds Expectations or Outstanding, or tenure of at least 18 months; no active DA status.
