TL;DR
Staff Engineer II - AI Full Stack Engineer (AI): Building AI-enabled, cloud-native full-stack solutions and secure APIs for lending platforms and the Lending Services Framework with an accent on Azure, .NET, Python, React, SQL, ETL, and AI-assisted development. Focus on designing scalable integrations, implementing CI/CD pipelines, applying Prompt Engineering and RAG patterns, and meeting security, governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States. Full-time role with up to 25% travel.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and deliver AI-enabled, cloud-native full-stack solutions for lending platforms and the Lending Services Framework.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable APIs with Azure API Management, including versioning, throttling, observability, and lifecycle management.
- Develop production-ready applications using Azure, .NET, C#, Python, React with Vite, SQL, and ETL technologies.
- Apply Prompt Engineering, MCP, RAG patterns, GitHub Copilot, and approved internal LLMs in accordance with governance and security standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Azure Pipelines, while supporting monitoring, performance, reliability, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, QA, and engineers; lead assigned components, participate in reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering or IT development experience, including hands-on full-stack application delivery.
- Experience in financial services or lending, including loan processing, servicing, integrations, or reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, .NET, C#, APIs, CI/CD, Python, React with Vite, SQL, and ETL.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience developing cloud-native Azure solutions and applying AI-assisted development techniques such as Prompt Engineering, RAG patterns, or GenAI tools.
- Knowledge of secure software development, regulatory and legal compliance, Agile or DevOps delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
