TL;DR

What you will do

  • Perform manual, automated, functional, exploratory, and cross-platform testing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design, develop, and maintain testing environments, frameworks, test plans, regression suites, and test cases.
  • Support the development of automation scripts, testing tools, and libraries.
  • Conduct system integration tests with external systems and prepare test reports.
  • Collaborate with development teams to establish continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Champion product quality and quality engineering practices, including clear documentation of test results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow automation testing, including ITSM; exposure to other ServiceNow modules or custom applications is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing within the software development life cycle and experience with automation testing tools or frameworks.
  • Very good knowledge of integrations and experience conducting system integration testing.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, take ownership, and deliver according to requirements and agreed schedules.
  • Ability to work closely with development teams and business stakeholders, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
