Location: Hybrid position based at the Brwinów facility in Poland
Salary: PLN 71,190–113,904 per year

What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for customers through email, phone, live chat, and online presentations.
- Manage end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery schedules with Planning and Logistics.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, order discrepancies, and technical issues.
- Build relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and solutions.
- Conduct warm outbound calls and maintain accurate customer and sales activity data in the CRM.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in internal sales or customer service, ideally in manufacturing or production.
- Full fluency in Polish and English is required.
- Valid driving license and access to a personal car.
- Creativity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A university degree is welcome.
