What you will do
- Manage procurement and inventory for manufacturing materials, components, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate material sourcing for new product introduction projects with R&D and Marketing.
- Establish supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and prices, and monitor supplier performance using TQRDCE.
- Research, select, and analyze the market supply base, including contract manufacturers and original design manufacturers where applicable.
- Support or lead process improvements related to sourcing, supply chain optimization, risk mitigation, cost reduction, and quality.
- Consider applicable regulatory and compliance requirements and support multiple sites or global operations when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience for entry into this level.
- Postgraduate qualifications, certifications, or licenses may be required.
- Availability for a full-time weekly schedule and day shift.
