TL;DR
Consultant, Transfer Agency (Transformation): Driving structured, measurable change across Investor Services by taking opportunities from assessment and prioritisation through delivery, adoption and benefits realisation with an accent on process improvement, operational quality, risk management and technology-enabled solutions. Focus on designing change governance, analysing operational data, piloting automation and AI capabilities, and embedding sustainable improvements across cross-functional teams.
Location: Limerick, Ireland; hybrid work between the office and working from home

What you will do
- Manage the Central Change Channel, including opportunity intake, assessment, prioritisation, governance and reporting.
- Lead selected change initiatives from problem definition through implementation, operational readiness, adoption and post-implementation review.
- Apply root-cause analysis, process mapping and continuous improvement methods to improve efficiency, quality, controls and investor experience.
- Use operational, quality and knowledge data to identify trends, target interventions and support evidence-based decisions.
- Assess opportunities involving workflow, automation, self-service, AI and platform capabilities in partnership with Technology, Data, Privacy, Risk and operations teams.
- Embed improvements through ownership, procedures, controls, training, communications and handover to business-as-usual operations.
Requirements
- Experience delivering change, transformation, continuous improvement or operational excellence in financial services or another regulated environment.
- Ability to take initiatives from insight and problem definition through delivery, adoption and benefits realisation.
- Practical knowledge of change governance, project delivery, process improvement, root-cause analysis and risk management.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Understanding of responsible technology adoption, including privacy, controls, risk and operational readiness.
- Applicants must already have the right to work in Ireland; employment permit sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience in Investor Services, Transfer Agency, fund administration, quality or client servicing.
- Experience assessing or implementing workflow, automation, self-service, AI or other technology-enabled improvements.
