Senior Credit Products Specialist - TMC & Entertainment

Location: Charlotte, NC 28202, 121 West Trade Street; full-time onsite role

Salary: $105,974.25–$168,468.00 annually. Enhanced market pricing range: $212,262–$251,948 where applicable.

What you will do

• Lead the structuring, analysis, underwriting, and approval of highly complex commercial credit transactions.
• Monitor portfolio risk and assess industry trends and macroeconomic factors affecting credit quality.
• Advise relationship managers and senior leadership on credit strategy, negotiations, and deal execution.
• Structure and negotiate credit agreements with clients, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior credit professionals and promote best practices in underwriting and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to improve credit processes, procedures, technology adoption, and policy execution.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or 12+ years of equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis, structuring, underwriting, portfolio management, and risk analysis.
• Deep expertise in complex credit agreements, commercial lending structures, and deal negotiation.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and executive advisory skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, credit policies, legal documentation, and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage large portfolios, resolve complex problems, and exercise independent judgment.
