Agency Training Communication Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; primarily office-based

What you will do

• Develop and implement training and communication programs for insurance agents across Thailand.
• Align training initiatives with sales objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Create engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
• Support the sales team and improve agent performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to contribute to sales growth and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of non-life insurance products and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
