Deductions Analyst

Location: USA - PA - Hanover; hybrid schedule

Salary: $46,600-$64,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead deduction management and process optimization initiatives to reduce deductions, improve cash recovery, and increase operational effectiveness.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions for KPI monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze deduction trends, identify root causes, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Business Teams, and the SSO Deduction Team to deliver actionable insights.
• Support audits, write-off activities, cross-functional projects, training, and operational continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-3 years of progressive experience in data management support or a strong internship background.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, data management, and data visualization skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functional teams.
• Ability to work in the hybrid role based in Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Understanding of statistical analysis and performance measurement techniques.
• Experience with SAP, CRM, or TPM financial systems.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and refine processes.
