Head of Engineering

A global product company building high-load Linux-based solutions for hosting and cybersecurity.

Overview

You will lead and scale a team of ~20 engineers. You will drive the architectural strategy and implementation of scalable solutions, promote a Linux-first and automation-focused engineering approach and ensure system reliability, operational efficiency, and high code quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with Python as the main language.
• Strong Linux expertise.
• Deep experience with automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure tooling.
• 3–5+ years in an engineering leadership role.
• Successful track record managing teams of 15–25 engineers.
• Russian - native; English - C1+
