TL;DR
AI & Data Security Engineer (DLP/DSPM/GenAI): Designing and operating enterprise data protection and AI security capabilities across endpoints, cloud, SaaS, and GenAI platforms with an accent on DLP, DSPM, application security, identity controls, and encryption. Focus on securing data access and sharing, preventing GenAI oversharing, assessing AI platforms, and improving enterprise security posture.

What you will do
- Lead the design and operation of enterprise DLP controls across endpoints, email, collaboration tools, cloud, and SaaS platforms.
- Own DSPM capabilities covering data discovery, classification, exposure analysis, and remediation prioritization.
- Review and guide data access, sharing, retention, encryption, and key management practices.
- Partner with IAM, cloud, and data teams to implement identity-based data protection and continuously improve security posture.
- Support security assessments for GenAI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, AI Foundry, and Vertex AI.
- Contribute to AI-specific controls for data boundaries, oversharing prevention, sensitivity labels, identity, and access management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7–10+ years of experience in application security, data security, cloud security, or AI security.
- Deep hands-on expertise in application and API security, OWASP Top 10, cloud and SaaS security architectures, data protection, DLP, DSPM, and encryption.
- Experience securing GenAI platforms or advanced data and analytics environments.
- Strong understanding of identity, access control, governance models, and executive-ready communication.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Dublin, Ireland.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or GCP Vertex AI.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DSPM tools, or large-scale data discovery platforms.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AZ-500, or SC-400.
