What you will do
- Lead ’s Financial Lines underwriting business across GCC&NA and participate in regional EMEA leadership.
- Set and deliver production growth, loss ratio, expense ratio, and profitability targets for direct and facultative reinsurance operations.
- Supervise, negotiate, and approve large insurance programs, including limits and policy structures.
- Provide strategic direction for new business and product development based on market trends.
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and local market requirements.
- Lead performance management, talent development, and collaboration with brokers, agents, claims, actuarial, and other business lines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of underwriting experience, preferably focused on Financial Lines.
- Strong technical Financial Lines underwriting expertise and portfolio management experience.
- Knowledge of local regulations and claims management.
- Experience managing people and developing effective teams.
- Strong customer focus and drive for results.
