What you will do
- Optimize production-line equipment and technological processes.
- Document machinery functionality and create troubleshooting manuals, technical specifications, and work instructions.
- Support the installation, validation, assessment, and replacement of production equipment and spare parts.
- Contribute to preventive maintenance planning, equipment analysis, and spare-parts inventory management.
- Collaborate on the design and construction of product-specific assembly lines.
- Improve product quality, cost-effectiveness, resource allocation, and production-staff capabilities through training.
Requirements
- Technical education or relevant work experience with a demonstrated history in equipment maintenance.
- Good working level of English and proficiency with MS Office.
- Knowledge of machinery functionality and maintenance requirements.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Willingness to develop skills continuously and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
