Location: Troy, Michigan, USA; on-site full-time position
Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do
- Teach assigned nursing courses in classroom, online, clinical, laboratory, and simulation formats, including flexible evening and weekend classes.
- Create engaging learning experiences using technology and evidence-based teaching methods, and contribute to course curriculum and teaching materials.
- Evaluate student performance, provide timely feedback and remediation, and support strong academic and program outcomes.
- Lead or support clinical, laboratory, and simulation learning to connect theory with safe, ethical, and professional practice.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to students and new faculty.
- Participate in committees, graduation activities, program evaluation, professional service, scholarship, and ongoing development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing required; a PhD in an appropriate field is preferred.
- Current, unencumbered Michigan professional nurse license, or eligibility to obtain one, is required.
- At least two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience or ability to work with learning management systems, simulation equipment, online platforms, and AI tools.
- Strong communication, initiative, judgment, conflict management, collaboration, and emotional and social intelligence.
- Maintain applicable regulatory and practice credentials and meet state authorization, licensing, and clinical compliance requirements.
