What you will do
- Deliver and document on-the-job training and coaching for production operators.
- Identify training needs and participate in operator evaluations and appraisals.
- Maintain skills matrices and employee qualification data in coordination with HR.
- Provide targeted training following complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes, and instruction updates.
- Train employees during workstation rotation and monitor quality and quantity performance.
- Support workforce flexibility initiatives and perform duties according to the skills matrix.
Requirements
- Minimum Bac-level education; any field of study is accepted.
- At least one year of experience.
- French and English required.
- Communication, teamwork, intercultural sensitivity, self-organization, resilience, and conflict-management skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory, blended learning, e-learning concepts, competency modeling, training management, and leadership development programs.
