TL;DR
Application Developer (AI) (C#/.NET, JavaScript, Angular/React): Building and maintaining customer-facing applications, internal integrations, automation tools, and AI-enabled workflows with an accent on scalable application design, enterprise AI integration, and relational data systems. Focus on designing agentic AI solutions, integrating model APIs and tools, improving developer productivity, and troubleshooting production systems.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain customer-facing applications and core internal integrations.
- Maintain existing systems, fix defects, and implement long-term production issue resolutions.
- Automate processes and build tools that eliminate repetitive work.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using multiple languages, frameworks, and relational databases.
- Integrate AI and machine learning models, APIs, and agentic solutions into applications and workflows.
- Participate in self-organizing teams, operational support, monitoring improvements, and on-call rotations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least three years of professional software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and modern development practices.
- Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular or React, T-SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong SQL skills, relational database experience, data storage systems, testing frameworks, automation strategies, and quality engineering practices.
- Experience with agentic AI solutions, AI/ML model and API integration, data pipelines, model lifecycle basics, and enterprise security and governance standards.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, other AWS AI services, and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience applying AI to developer productivity, workflow automation, user experience improvements, or data insights.
