Supervisor, Performance Media Analytics (Temp)

Salary: $2,019.23–$2,307.69 per week

What you will do

• Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns across internal and external platforms.
• Analyze program metrics and tracking techniques to improve affiliate performance and efficiency.
• Test acquisition and incentive strategies to increase ROI and drive incremental volume.
• Prospect and develop relationships with key affiliates and identify strategic solutions for client marketing challenges.
• Collaborate with Business Solutions, Digital Activation, Analytics, client, affiliate partnership, and technology provider teams.
• Support leadership with forecasting and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, including high-volume affiliate relationships and direct response campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring affiliate program success, growing client accounts, and improving performance metrics.
• Experience using site analytics for analysis and insights.
• Advanced MS Excel fluency.
• Clear verbal and interpersonal communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
