Bath Installer

Location: On-site in Bowie, Maryland, United States. Training takes place at the New Castle, Delaware office.

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Install bath products according to work orders and manufacturer guidelines.
• Set the pace and tone of each job for the installation team.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout each project.
• Follow company policies and procedures and notify management when needed.
• Provide reliable service and help preserve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and solve problems with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays; regular schedule is Monday–Friday, first shift.
