Product Manager, High Performance AI and Compute Product Line (AI)

TL;DR
Product Manager, High Performance AI and Compute Product Line (AI): Leading cross-functional capacity expansion and cost reduction initiatives across semiconductor product design, manufacturing, testing, packaging, sourcing, and operations with an accent on supply chain optimization, cost structures, and execution. Focus on identifying savings opportunities, coordinating PCN and new part number decisions, tracking targets and risks, and driving executive alignment across engineering, procurement, quality, finance, and product marketing.
Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite — remote work is not available

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional capacity expansion and cost reduction initiatives across product design, manufacturing, testing, packaging, sourcing, and operations.
- Drive cost reduction programs from opportunity identification through implementation and savings realization.
- Coordinate Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Product Marketing stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities in BOM costs, packaging, yield, testing, sourcing, manufacturing flows, and operational efficiency.
- Drive PCN planning and execution, new part number releases, and EOL activities.
- Track savings, risks, mitigation plans, schedules, and executive reporting while escalating critical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, engineering, or product management.
- Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, cost structures, and business tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs through completion in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, executive presentation, and reporting skills.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech cost reduction is preferred.
