Salary: USD 136,000–170,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global Digital Studios’ long-term strategy in alignment with corporate priorities.
• Advise senior leadership on digital strategy, growth opportunities, and investment priorities.
• Lead competitive intelligence, market trend analysis, and audience and platform insights.
• Build an insights infrastructure using internal and external data sources and AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop recurring reporting on market movements, competitor activity, platform shifts, and audience trends.
• Create multi-year vertical strategies and business cases for investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
• 7+ years of professional experience, or 5+ years with an MBA, including 2+ years of post-MBA or equivalent experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or in-house strategy.
• Demonstrated impact, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing complex stakeholder groups.
• Superior communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the El Segundo, California headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience in the digital gaming industry.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Consumer, technology, or entertainment industry experience.
