Senior Industrial Designer/Customer Experience Designer (Hospitality)

Location: Vienna, Austria; onsite at the international HQ in Vienna’s 1st district. A valid work permit for Austria is required.

Starting salary: €5,000 gross per month on a full-time all-in contract. Higher compensation depends on qualifications and individual agreement.

What you will do

• Create unique concepts and design solutions for furniture, tableware, and customer experience.
• Develop designs for premium restaurants, hotels, retail shops, airport lounges, and VIP hospitality areas.
• Work on projects in Vienna and at international locations across Europe and the United States.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary creative teams, including graphic design and 3D rendering.
• Work with international clients, brands, and manufacturers to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and design quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience working with premium brands.
• Strong interest in gastronomy and hospitality.
• Strong spatial awareness and an excellent sense of proportion.
• Precise, structured, self-driven, flexible, and performance-oriented working style.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design software, particularly Rhino.
• Excellent written and spoken English; a valid Austrian work permit is required.
