Senior Analytics Consultant (Revenue Growth Management)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with at least one day per week in the Milan office

Salary: €35,000–€45,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Support FMCG manufacturers with pricing, promotion, revenue, and profitability analysis.
• Manage Revenue Growth Management projects end-to-end, including timelines, internal coordination, and client interaction.
• Translate FMCG business needs into tailored analyses and recommendations for RGM, Category, Consumer Insights, Sales, and leadership audiences.
• Use NIQ data, tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to answer business questions and create actionable presentations.
• Present insights in formal and informal client meetings, both in person and online.
• Contribute to regional RGM initiatives and potentially deliver Category Management projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or business area.
• Solid FMCG experience, ideally in Revenue Growth Management or Category Management.
• Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, and revenue drivers, with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent business relationship, consulting-style communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written, is required.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong organization, independence, and a university degree or equivalent professional experience.
