Lead Design Engineer – Telecom

What you will do

• Lead and supervise telecom engineering design activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Review and approve calculations, drawings, specifications, and other design deliverables for voice, data, fiber optics, structured cabling, DAS, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Provide technical guidance to telecom engineers and coordinate design work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, client specifications, safety requirements, and international codes.
• Participate in design reviews, site surveys, vendor evaluations, and client coordination.
• Mentor junior engineers and support quality and timely delivery of telecom design documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• 12–15 years of telecom engineering design experience in Oil & Gas or large EPC projects.
• Experience with ADNOC or Middle East projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in telecom design software and tools.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
