Accountant

What you will do

• Prepare financial statement schedules and analysis for SEC and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare supporting documentation for journal entries during month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes.
• Perform operational accounting, account reconciliations, accruals, and transaction analysis.
• Support legal entity and standalone entity accounting, including customer payment application and revenue recognition.
• Complete inter-company accounting and other assigned accounting projects.
• Coordinate with management, external auditors, and regulatory agencies on accounting and SOX requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, general ledger management, public reporting, analysis, or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Introductory knowledge of applicable SEC rules and regulations.
• Intermediate understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
