Expert Financial Controller

Location: Hybrid in Sousse, Tunisia

What you will do

• Measure project performance from quotation and development through series production and end of production.
• Prepare project calculations, collect and challenge inputs, and advise project managers on changes and risks.
• Analyze project profitability, identify potential losses, and report required provisions.
• Consolidate project P&Ls into account P&Ls and support margin improvement activities.
• Act as the controlling hub between project management, accounting, functional controlling, and other functions.
• Develop and maintain calculation parameters, methods, tools, and project controlling infrastructure.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in financial controlling.
• University degree.
• Excellent English communication skills at C1 level.
• Social and intercultural sensitivity, teamwork, and conflict management skills.
• Change management, target and result orientation, motivation, resilience, and self-organization.
