Mental Health Group Facilitator - WI (Telehealth)

Location: Remote, Wisconsin; availability required from 3–8pm MT Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays.

What you will do

• Facilitate assigned virtual therapy groups for the full scheduled hour using current hirify.global curricula and best practices.
• Lead groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour sessions as needed.
• Foster client engagement, participation, group cohesion, and a camera-on culture during telehealth sessions.
• Collaborate with supervisors, therapists, care specialists, care coaches, peers, and clinical leadership through treatment team and group supervision meetings.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, agencies, referents, and internal staff.
• Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours while maintaining confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field required, including counseling, clinical psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, school counseling, rehabilitation counseling, applied developmental psychology, or qualifying education programs with behavioral health experience.
• Experience working with youth and young adults and conducting group treatment.
• Knowledge of multiple therapeutic modalities, including DBT and CBT; EMDR experience is relevant.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative care team and deliver creative, engaging video sessions.
• Technical ability to run telehealth sessions, with reliable Wi-Fi and willingness to use Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes survey software.
• Part-time 1099 contractor role; state background checks are required for client clearance.
