Consultants Within Performance Improvement for Our Team in Stockholm (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Deliver performance improvement initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and design operational solutions.
• Support or lead strategic and complex consulting engagements and end-to-end transformation projects.
• Own deliverables and timelines as part of PMO support.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and clients on organizational change, processes, and governance.
• Help clients realize business benefits across cost reduction, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and agile transformation projects.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in consulting or transformation projects.
• Experience or expertise in performance improvement, agile operations, operational excellence, and/or supply chain management.
• Consulting experience in manufacturing, transport, and/or defense is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Full right to live and work in Sweden required; work permit sponsorship is not available.
