What you will do
- Serve as a trusted business advisor and drive people strategies aligned with strategic business initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders on talent management, coaching, performance reviews, talent reviews, project evaluations, and upward feedback.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, exits, performance management, compensation and bonus administration, flexible work arrangements, immigration matters, and employee experience initiatives.
- Develop integrated HR solutions and strategic plans across the talent ecosystem.
- Analyze HR data and create dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to support workforce decisions.
- Monitor employee engagement and collaborate cross-functionally on people processes, policies, and capability-building projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in human resources is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in business partnering and cross-functional roles, preferably in professional services or a fast-paced industry.
- Sound understanding of the talent lifecycle, HR practices, and business models.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, and judgment in sensitive people matters.
- Ability to travel for work.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in human resources.
- SHRM certification.
