Senior Consultants within Performance Improvement - for Our Team in Stockholm

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead strategic and complex performance improvement engagements from strategy through execution.
• Analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and design practical solutions.
• Manage projects, drive PMOs, lead consultants, and work with senior client stakeholders.
• Help clients realize business benefits through improved ways of working, digitalization, and governance.
• Contribute to business development, sales initiatives, thought leadership, and the expansion of consulting propositions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of management consulting experience or equivalent.
• Ideally 5–10 years of experience in performance improvement, agile operations, operational excellence, or supply chain management.
• Experience consulting in manufacturing, transport, and/or defense sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership of large, diverse project teams and the ability to work across organizational levels.
• Curious, ambitious, collaborative, and committed to delivering strong results.
• Full right to live and work in Sweden is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
