Supply Chain - Customs Agent (Logistics)

Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Enter accurate customs and operational data into internal systems.
• Transfer information from documents into the customs entry system to build valid customs declarations.
• Track and trace customs files, prepare reports, and ensure accurate client billing.
• Verify customs declaration information and assist with submissions to customs authorities.
• Interpret import and export procedures and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Understanding of ocean, road, and air documentation processes.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Fluent English required.
