TL;DR
Customer Service Specialist (Supply Chain/Logistics): Supporting daily supply chain operations, customer orders, inventory monitoring, and delivery planning for automotive customers with an accent on coordination between production sites, logistics partners, and customers. Focus on resolving delivery deviations, preparing logistics concepts and RFQ data, and maintaining accurate order and inventory processes.
Location: Dubnica nad Váhom, Slovakia. Home office is available according to internal policies.
Salary: From €1,500 gross per month plus a 13th salary, with the final basic wage adjusted according to skills and experience.

What you will do
- Coordinate daily communication between production plants, logistics partners, ADC, and customers.
- Process customer orders and monitor delivery schedules against agreements.
- Support inventory monitoring, cycle counting, and stock-taking activities.
- Escalate delivery-planning issues and support the resolution of deviations.
- Assist with logistics concepts and RFQ processes, including data collection and cost calculations.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and logistics complaints under supervision.
Requirements
- Education in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or relevant customer service/logistics experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or customer service, ideally in manufacturing or the automotive industry.
- Basic knowledge of order management, inventory, and logistics flows.
- Good analytical and organizational skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Fluent English at minimum B2 level is mandatory.
- MS Office proficiency; initial SAP or other ERP experience is beneficial.
Nice to have
- French language skills.
- Experience supporting logistics concepts or RFQ processes.
