What you will do

• Coordinate the SAP Competence Center functional team supporting hirify.global International subsidiaries.
• Provide quality SAP support services and support ongoing projects.
• Run enhancement initiatives across the assigned SAP manufacturing functions.
• Ensure continuous team coverage and manage team members’ workload.
• Develop the knowledge and capabilities of team members.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience with the SAP PP module.
• Experience in a people management role.
• International working experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Customer- and solution-oriented approach, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP PM, SAP QM, SAP Fiori, or S/4HANA.
• French language skills.
