Experienced Trader (Systematic Trading)

What you will do

• Deploy and manage proprietary trading strategies across APAC and US exchanges.
• Monitor and optimize live strategy performance, risk exposures, and execution quality.
• Lead the end-to-end design and buildout of research infrastructure and frameworks with developer support.
• Identify and pursue trading opportunities across APAC markets, asset classes, and geographies.
• Analyze market microstructure, execution data, and strategy performance to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, developers, and other traders to ensure reliable and scalable strategy deployment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience trading proprietary strategies with a verifiable track record.
• Expertise in delta one arbitrage, intraday equities or futures strategies, statistical arbitrage, or spread trading.
• Deep familiarity with APAC market structure, exchange mechanics, and regulatory requirements in one or more target markets.
• Ability to lead the buildout of research infrastructure and frameworks.
• Strong risk management, position sizing, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience trading across multiple APAC markets or asset classes.
• Experience building or significantly improving trading infrastructure or research tooling.
• Experience in proprietary trading or market-making environments.
