What you will do

• Prepare contract baseline and revised schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.
• Support planning and scheduling control, progress measurement, reporting, and project records.
• Review schedule updates, coordinate with project teams, and monitor progress against the approved plan.
• Identify deviations and delays and advise project management on their impact.
• Support delay analysis, claims, extensions of time, budget preparation, and schedule risk analysis.
• Participate in site meetings and communicate schedule status, changes, and impacts.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in project planning.
• Experience with EPC projects above US$100M, including direct involvement in engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Experience across pre-commissioning and commissioning phases, with substantial delay and schedule risk analysis expertise.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and schedule quality compliance.
• Fluent English and willingness to work in Shuaiba, Kuwait.
