Global Regulatory Affairs/ Market Access Team Leader (Animal Nutrition & Health)

Location: Lille Area, France, with home office up to 2 days per week. International travel up to 25%.

Employment: Permanent, full-time contract.

What you will do

• Define and implement the global Regulatory Affairs and Market Access strategy across species and regions.
• Set regulatory roadmaps, priorities, and registration pathways aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee worldwide preparation, submission, and follow-up of feed ingredient and additive registration dossiers, approvals, renewals, and label compliance.
• Support product launches by aligning regulatory timelines with commercial and supply requirements.
• Engage with authorities including the European Commission, EFSA, FDA, AAFCO, and MAPA, and contribute to industry advocacy initiatives.
• Lead and develop an international team of nine people while managing recruitment, talent development, KPIs, and reporting.

Requirements

• Scientific background and technical expertise in animal nutrition and health; PhD or DVM is preferred.
• At least 10 years of regulatory affairs experience in the animal nutrition and/or health sector.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing international teams.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with EU authorization and renewal requests for feed additives.
