What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members while supporting career growth and professional development.
• Set performance expectations, conduct reviews, provide feedback, and drive accountability.
• Plan team strategies, manage budgets, and allocate resources to meet organizational objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in team management, supervision, or leadership.
• German at C1 level and English at B2 level are required.
• Experience with performance management systems, employee development programs, HR practices, and employment regulations.
• Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and mediation skills.
• Experience with budget management, resource allocation, data analysis, and team performance reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and familiarity with project management methodologies and relevant team-management software.
