Install Lead (Custom Cabinetry)

What you will do

• Inspect job sites to verify installation quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Assess installers using company tools and recommend improvements.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training for installers.
• Monitor daily job status checklists and ensure accurate updates from installers.
• Provide floating installation coverage and complete jobs assigned by the scheduler.
• Direct installers on safe work practices, customer-property protection, service calls, and follow-up work.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a hirify.global Installer, Senior Installer, or in a comparable role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality custom cabinetry installations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and maintain full mobility for demonstrating installation and production techniques.
• Sufficient sight, speech, and hearing for a woodworking environment.
• Some travel may be required.
