What you will do

• Participate in the Advisor Mastery Program (AMP) to gain comprehensive training in financial services and sales.
• Collaborate with mentors and branch managers to build and manage an individual practice.
• Develop a client pipeline through prospecting, networking, and community engagement.
• Evaluate client financial needs, investment objectives, and risk tolerance to provide tailored advice.
• Manage client accounts, including opening, transferring, and monitoring portfolios.
• Meet production targets and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business or Finance preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in sales or a business environment.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within the first 4 months.
• Must obtain Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses within the first 6 months.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and resilience skills for high-stress sales environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
