What you will do
- Design and execute online and offline sourcing activities for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
- Build candidate databases for technical and special program hiring requirements.
- Plan and manage sourcing and recruitment marketing campaigns aligned with client and account needs.
- Coordinate with recruitment operations, client vendors, and internal sourcing teams, providing direction and support.
- Track initiatives, prepare end-to-end reports, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
- Lead process improvement and continuous initiatives to strengthen hiring capabilities while meeting fill-rate and cost-per-hire targets.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience sourcing specialized roles for BPO hiring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with virtual recruitment and talent sourcing methods, including Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, proactive sourcing, and AI-enabled recruiting.
- Strong organizational, time-management, leadership, and coaching abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite daily in Taguig City, Philippines.
