What you will do

• Identify and explore new business and technology opportunities across customer, employee, factory, and product experience domains.
• Develop digital innovation ideas and prioritize them according to business challenges, market trends, and measurable value.
• Facilitate exploration, ideation, and “big idea” workshops with designers, architects, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
• Lead proof-of-concept execution using the DICE agile framework and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide digital experience strategies and communicate innovation opportunities to leadership and other audiences.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and suppliers supporting emerging technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3+ years in a global, matrixed technology or innovation environment.
• 3–5+ years of experience analyzing and implementing technology solutions in one or more customer, employee, factory, or product domains.
• Strong strategic thinking, business analysis, communication, presentation, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience introducing innovative technologies or taking new innovations from zero to one.
• On-site work at the Vinhedo, Brazil location is required; travel exceeding 25% may be necessary.

Nice to have

• Programming and cloud development experience.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, software development processes, and code quality practices.
• Data analysis, data visualization with Tableau or Power BI, and SQL proficiency.
• Familiarity with data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence concepts and business applications.
• Project management and consultation experience.
