What you will do
- Serve as the primary Level 2 escalation point for complex network incidents, including advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and critical incident resolution.
- Maintain LAN, WAN, routing, switching, VPN, and firewall infrastructure stability and availability.
- Review network designs before deployment to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Translate business and project needs into scalable network, connectivity, infrastructure, and site-readiness requirements.
- Contribute to project planning through Bills of Materials, Statements of Work, and infrastructure requirements.
- Support network automation, DevOps initiatives, observability improvements, technical debt reduction, and enterprise network modernization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise network administration.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking fundamentals, including LAN, WAN, Layer 2/3, VPN, SDN, DHCP, and DNS.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving both simple and complex network problems.
- Knowledge of network security, network flows, and LAN/WAN security technologies.
- Experience with network automation scripts, infrastructure monitoring, observability, and management tools; significant Cisco and Fortinet experience required.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English; ITIL certification and large-scale network experience are assets.
