Revenue Management Systems Officer (Cargo Digital Systems) (JavaScript/React): Supporting the delivery and continuous enhancement of Etihad Cargo’s digital platforms, booking website, API integrations, and internal applications with an accent on product analysis, business requirements, and testing. Focus on coordinating Agile releases, designing user stories and functional specifications, validating integrations, and solving system defects with technical and business stakeholders.

What you will do
- Coordinate bug fixes, enhancements, integrations, and releases across Etihad Cargo digital platforms and commercial systems.
- Support the Cargo Booking Website through requirements gathering, feature delivery, testing, and vendor coordination.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demos, and retrospectives.
- Perform UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, issue analysis, and release validation.
- Support API testing, data analysis, configuration validation, automation initiatives, documentation, and UX improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in product analysis, digital products, system support, or business systems.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Experience with UAT, defect management, release coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, JSON, and modern web applications.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work across business and technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in cargo, aviation, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, React, SQL, Python, Power BI, or automation tools.
- Experience supporting customer portals, API integrations, or digital platforms.
