Customer Service Agent (Cargo)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Manage customer communications related to cargo bookings, shipment status, documentation, and service requests.
• Coordinate daily cargo operations with Sales, Finance, Operations, Ground Handling Agents, and Freight Forwarders.
• Monitor bookings and loading plans, provide shipment updates, and resolve delays, discrepancies, and complaints.
• Process reservation changes, air waybill inquiries, tracking requests, claims, and special handling requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment and customer performance records and support commercial activities.
• Coordinate invoice, billing, and payment-related queries while following safety, security, customs, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, cargo operations, logistics, freight forwarding, or airline cargo services.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
