Master Data Administrator

Location: Oegstgeest, Netherlands; hybrid work options are available for most positions.

Salary: €48,020–€76,832 gross per year.

What you will do

• Create, update, deactivate, and validate master data records in QAD within agreed SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve data-related transactional errors, system failures, and user inquiries.
• Enforce data governance policies, naming conventions, SOPs, and business rules.
• Conduct data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and regular master data audits.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT to align data with business requirements.
• Support process optimization, data mapping, migration, and UAT during upgrades and integration projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in master data management, data administration, business operations, or a related data stewardship role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or enterprise systems, preferably QAD, Oracle, or SAP.
• Intermediate to advanced Google Workspace skills, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Exceptional accuracy when managing high volumes of alphanumeric data and strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills for explaining data standards to non-technical users.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Informatica, Stibo Systems, Profisee, or SAP Master Data Governance.
• Basic SQL knowledge for database queries.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data lifecycle management.
• French, German, or Dutch language skills.
• Experience with Google Apps Script or AppSheet.
