What you will do
- Lead the customer journey and sales floor, ensuring memorable service and an elevated brand experience.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team focused on sales, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
- Establish local brand awareness through customer relationships, community partnerships, product launches, and events.
- Use customer feedback, inventory insights, market trends, competitor knowledge, and product expertise to improve business performance.
- Manage shipments, inventory, restocking, visual merchandising, re-ticketing, cleaning, and store opening and closing procedures.
- Partner with the Area Manager on daily operations, sales strategy, community initiatives, and team management.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading high-performing retail teams, ideally as a Store Manager in a premium retail environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to establish and scale a business in a new market.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities, influence outcomes, and drive sustainable results.
- Experience attracting, developing, and retaining talent while building a values-aligned team culture.
- Exceptional communication, partnership-building, adaptability, and ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
