Location: Sydney Olympic Park, Australia; hybrid with 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home

What you will do
- Oversee day-to-day IT service operations, system health, service availability, security, and performance.
- Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for business stakeholders across international markets.
- Lead operational readiness and transition of new or enhanced services into production.
- Manage change activities, communications, documentation, and production support readiness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams using SAFe Agile methods to prioritize improvements and technical debt remediation.
- Use service performance data, stakeholder feedback, and operational metrics to improve business value and supportability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, engineering, or technical operations.
- 3–4 years of experience with enterprise applications or multiple technical domains.
- Experience working in complex global organizations and matrixed environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, enterprise application management, system lifecycle management, and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, including the SAFe framework.
- Tertiary qualifications in information technology, computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
